Creative Program. 

We're chuffed to be a part of the Melbourne Metro Creative Program. Since working on the winning bid that secured the Cross Yarra Partnership with the contract to build the Melbourne Metro Tunnel, we have been planning and delivering activations across five new station precincts.  

Key Outcomes


—Curation of over two dozen major artworks along the construction hoarding

—Commissioning and delivered the only large format digital screen on a construction hoarding

—Hosted dozens of pop-up events and retail support activities




Welcome to South Eveleigh, a place that radicals and revolutionaries have called home for over 150 years. The site of Sydney's former locomotive workshops and, until recently, the Australian Technology Park. Today we're transitioning the precinct into a future-focused urban neighbourhood.

—Designed and implemented an extensive activation framework and governance model

Melbourne's a funny city. You can't expect people to just come to you, you have to earn your credentials. Working with Lendlease we designed the activation framework and play book to introduce their landmark

mixed-use development to the city.

—Activation of Melbourne's first 'sky park' overlooking Southern Cross Station with a unique Grand Prix and Australian Open experience 




Who doesn't love a summertime pop-up bar? We designed and managed one of the first 'Summer of Aperol' activations in Melbourne. Complete with bocce, ping-pong competitions and priceless views of the Yarra and CBD, this quickly became a place to see and be seen in.

—Consistently activated for three months across the summer period

Moonee Valley


Hello possums! We're thrilled to be working on the greatest thing in Moonee Ponds since Dame Edna. Moonee Park will see the transformation of the historic Moonee Valley Racing Club into a vibrant urban neighbourhood. At it's heart the racecourse will become a giant public park with markets, playgrounds and sports courts. Since helping to develop the initial EOI and subsequent successful tender we've developed the full strategy and play book, with our full program of activation commencing shortly.

—Stay tuned: we've facilitated an awesome new coffee operator to activate the display suite




There's not much that will keep workers engaged on a miserable winter night in Melbourne. Luckily for four Friday's in July we host the European Night Markets in Madam Brussels Lane, 50 Lonsdale Street. This signature event attracts over three thousand, five hundred visitors per night and sees the office precinct transformed into exuberant celebration of food and wine. We think the laneway's namesake would be pretty pleased with this revelry. 

Key Outcomes

—Designed and delivered a range of events across the precinct including sustainability workshops, retail support and signature events

—Developed a profit share model that makes events more commercially viable

—Seen events and participation increase year on year since 2016
